Here is a baby bump picture i took today from my phone, everyone kept bugging me for a new one so here it is, Its not a very good picture but thats what you get for now. I look chubby. this is at 26 wks

HAPPY EASTER!

This will be our first Easter together :) I'm pretty excited although we don't have any real plans its just fun to have some simple tradition. So this is what our eggs turned out like, and the easter bunny decided to use Tupperware instead of baskets this year haha. Greg had to work when we dyed eggs so he gets a pink sparkley one! I think we are going to have sparkles covering our kitchen for a while. I couldn't help myself when I found a Magic glitter coloring kit at the store ! 

 yes those are candy canes from Christmas you see on the counter lol,

I made the heart one in front, Im proud of it, the rest didn't turn out as awesome as we hoped but they are still pretty cool

Hey, just because were all "grown up" doesn't mean we cant have our fun too :)  although there happened to be more candy than I planned on, I was just going to go to the store on Monday and stock up after they lower the prices ;) 

I hope he likes it!

I quilted this baby rag quilt for our little mr. I think it turned out awesome! I made another girl one too but its going to one of my friends and i don't want to ruin the surprise :P what do you think? 

fun in the sun... and then suffer later

I saw on the news the other day a story about a state park that was getting recognition for being so clean by taking out all the trash cans, it was so pretty on tv that i thought we could take a trip up there :) turns out Hammocks beach state park is less than an hour away from our house :) we took a little ferry boat to bear island, then a short 1/2 mile walk to the beach, it was so cool!  the beach wasn't very crowded at all. We got whole sea shells and Greg even found us a couple Sand dollars! and the best part.. there were dolphins! ive never seen a dolphin in nature before :) we stayed a few hours, and then left when we realized we were all turning a lovely shade of red. Ouch!

Thank you so much Brian and Mellissa for the crib! we got it in the mail and set it up, it looks great, and we really do appreciate it :) we can't wait to see our little boy sleeping in there!

SPRING!

 this was a while ago, the day before my last post actually lol, Steven and I spent a few hours outside since it was so nice and drew on the side walk :) it was fun.
